"The Ryse BCAA/EAA was recomended to me at Vitamin Shop Its gag-grose taste like something that Id put in my car &it kept me awake all night and knocked me out the next day messed up my next workout this is how it did me I dont like it it also gave me a very bad headache It was my 1st time trying it maybe they have something different but never again with this one Tropical Snow Cone barfaroo"

"Overall the flavor is very close to what they advertised, but will say it has a bit of an off setting flavor that I can’t quite distinct. With that being said, it’s not a reason to not get it, because you’ll find that in any BCAA or EAA mix."
